Bob Nicholson

Bob spent almost his entire working life with the Y, commencing in 1965 as a Youth Worker in Melbourne. He was CEO at Y Victoria from 1989 to 2002, where the Y experienced significant growth in both metropolitan Melbourne and rural Victoria under his leadership. Bob was then appointed CEO at Y Australia, with a key focus on youth development and community connectedness. He remained at the helm of Y Australia until his retirement in 2010.
