Jenny McCombe OAM

Jenny’s career spanned over three decades at Y Canberra, culminating as CEO from 2002-2017. Her supportive and visionary management style, and dedication to child safety and advocacy, has made her a highly respected colleague and mentor. Jenny was a Director on the Y Australia Board for six years until 2024 and remains a current Director on the Y Safeguarding Board. She was awarded Life Membership of Y Canberra where she remains a current Director. Jenny received the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) in 2015 for her contribution to the community, particularly through youth organisations.
