Penelope Harris

Penelope is a Partner at Vialto Partners with over 25 years of experience in professional services, including serving as a Partner at PwC. She specialises in helping companies manage the complexities of moving employees across borders and has worked in London, India, the USA, and Australia. A Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Tax Institute, Penelope is recognised for driving strategy and leading complex projects and change initiatives. In 2025, she was elected to the Y Australia Board.
